Experience
- Implemented a business intake and conflicts solution for an AmLaw 200 firm, engaging third party consultants, developers, and testers to execute the project.
- Established and implemented a development approach for a citizen’s developer (i.e. low code/no code) workflow system, leading to the replacement of existing personnel intake and departure systems.
- Drove technology decisions and project execution for an agent-based auto insurance application, utilizing internal development and quality assurance staff, and third-party developers where needed.
- Established a portfolio management framework – demand management, project sizing and prioritization, and preliminary resource management – for an auto insurer.
- Set up and managed programs for intake/workflow systems, personnel evaluation systems, and document assembly systems for a law firm.
- Drove the RFI/RFP process to procure a vendor and hosting company for a firm website “lift and shift” (with some modification) project.
- Earned Project Management Professional certification in 2005.
- Budget management for an IT team consisting of over 100 staff and over a dozen contractors.
- Software and system development in corporate systems (finance, claims, and expense).
- Software and system development in Warehousing and Distribution.
